Lisa Chappell - Love Letters
On Sunday the 6th November 2005, Lisa Chappell appeared live on stage with Myles Pollard in a stage play called "Love Letters".It was performed at the Parade Theatre, NIDA (Syndey, Aus), at 6pm.
A few members from our site were lucky enough to attend the performance, including ourselves.
Lisa did a brilliant job!! She had us all in stitches of laughter, and yet she also made us cry. It was a wonderful play, and Myles & Lisa did a wonderful job of portraying their characters.
We will work on getting a review done for the site, so please check back often.
At the end of the show Lisa came out and had a chat to us all, and had some pictures taken with the group. We will see if those in the pictures mind them being on the site, and add them when we get a chance.
Love Letters is an hilarious and poignant story of a 50 year love affair, told through what is written - and what is left unsaid - in class-room notes, postcards and letters between lawyer Andrew Makepeace Ladd III and the artist Melissa Gardner.
